Royal Mail Variable Pay Hours V1 (REST)

This API will be used to retrieve the variable pay hours data (overtime shift
planned and approved in FDS) for an employee within a specific duration (from
date to date) from FDS and integrate it into the People App. This capability
will allow RMG front-line staff to view the overtime hours they worked during
a week.
