Royal Mail Tracking Alias V1 (REST)

The Royal Mail Tracking Alias V1 (REST) API exposes a web service to
associate an alias with the tracking datastore. This web service will enable
various digital channels to identify a parcel or letter via an alias label as
opposed to the traditional tracking number.
